We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchases from Mad Mucker – but if you have selected the wrong size, prefer a different colour or it’s just not quite what you expected, you can return it to us within 14 days of it arriving with you.  All items returned must be in an unworn, and in a resalable condition with all appropriate tags and packaging intact.

If possible, we would prefer discounted or sale items to be returned within 7 days of receipt, please see our terms and conditions for our full returns policy.

Apart from suspected faulty items you do not need to contact us prior to returning goods providing the return is within our return terms and conditions. Our satisfaction guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returning items to Mad Mucker

We recommend you use a signed for service as Mad Mucker are not responsible for any items until they have arrived back with us – so you need a signed for service for this. 

It’s important that you ask for a Certificate of Posting and a parcel tracking number as, in the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, you will need to deal directly with your courier as no return can be processed without the physical goods arriving with us.  Unless in a hurry, or a large item, Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for is good value and available over most Post Office counters.

We recommend you check your tracking 3-5 days after you’ve sent it through the Post Office (or your courier) for the peace of mind that it has been delivered. We aim to process all returns within 3-5 days of receipt – and up to 10 days during busy periods such as Christmas and Sales.

Returns procedure

Please complete the Returns Form enclosed in your delivery to detail what you are returning and why.  Please note that if you are returning your item for an exchange, we will contact you to take payment for the shipping costs of the new item.  Your original shipping is non-refundable.

If your item was purchased in a Sale you will only be refunded the Sale price you paid.  Sale items should be returned to us within 7 days of them arriving with you.

It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that items must not be worn, used, soiled or damaged. We expect you to take good care of items whilst in your possession, for instance please do not write on or otherwise mark labels or boxes.  We will not be able to refund items if they are defaced, used, soiled or damaged, such items will be set aside for you to arrange collection.

Returns will take 3-5 working* days for us to process – and up to 10 days during busy periods such as Christmas and after a Sale.  Your refund will show as coming from Mad Mucker – so please check your statement before calling us with a returns query.

Only goods that have been purchased from Mad Mucker can be returned to us.

If you wish to return items under the framework of the Distance Selling Regulations, you must cancel your contract and notify us in writing in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If you choose to retain the items beyond a 21-day return period, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange as we will consider you to have had sufficient time to inspect the items for any faults and thus to accept them.

In the unlikely event that items become faulty after this time, and are within the Mad Mucker’s stated guarantee period, we will either repair or replace the items at our discretion. If we are unable to repair or replace the item/s then we may offer a refund.

Any items suspected to be faulty must be returned to us for inspection before being accepted as faulty. Damage or deterioration as a result of normal wear and tear does not constitute a fault. Any faulty item replaced which subsequently develops a fault will be replaced only under the terms of the warranty period from the original date of purchase. We will be unable to replace items which are outside of the warranty period and may limit customers access to our site and/or products where we believe an abuse of our returns policy has occurred.

*A working day excludes weekends and is only Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
